Agency Account Terms | Casa Intelligence

These terms apply to a real estate agency that holds a Casa Intelligence account. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; where they differ, these terms govern the account. To open an account, apply here.

1. What we provide

A written preliminary planning report for a nominated property or group of adjoining properties, prepared from the planning scheme in force, the relevant Council’s and the State’s own mapping, and decisions made nearby. Each report is prepared for you and delivered by email.

2. Who may order

Anyone you have authorised on this account. We issue the account one ordering link and one office login (your agency name and a password you can change); anyone using either is ordering for the agency. Every order placed through the link or the login, or from an email address you have authorised, is an order by the agency and is payable by the agency.

3. Timing

We deliver within one business day of the order. When our queue is full we say so on the order page and in the confirmation, and the report is delivered within three business days instead.

4. Price

$150 including GST per report, per property. Where several adjoining lots are assessed together as one site in one report, that is one report. Rates agreed in writing before this date continue to apply.

5. Billing

At the end of each month we issue one tax invoice covering every report ordered and delivered to the account in that month. A report ordered in one month and delivered in the next is billed in the month it is delivered. The invoice is emailed to your nominated accounts address.

6. Payment

14 days from the date of invoice, by direct deposit to the account shown on the invoice, quoting the invoice number. Accounts with an invoice more than 45 days past its date are suspended until the balance is cleared.

7. What the report is and is not

The report is a professional planning opinion based on the information available at the date of issue. It is not a development approval, a guarantee of any approval outcome, a survey, or legal or financial advice.

8. Use

You may give the report to your client, your vendor, or a prospective purchaser of that property. You may not resell it or republish it as your own work.

9. Accuracy

Our liability for any report is limited to the fee paid for it.

10. Ending the account

Either of us may close the account at any time with notice in writing. Reports already delivered remain payable.
