Our system prepares your DA documents — planning report, DA forms, owner’s consent, cover letter — grounded in real council decisions. Every one is reviewed and approved by a qualified development professional (Master of Architecture) before it goes anywhere.

Consultants

We coordinate the surveyor, engineer and architect your application genuinely needs, and fold their work into the DA package. Their fees are quoted to you separately — you approve before anything is ordered.

Lodgement

We lodge the application with council on your behalf and confirm it is properly made. You watch it happen from your project workspace.

Council back-and-forth

We manage the assessment and draft your response when council issues an information request (RFI) — through to council’s decision.
